Before launching Kunde Construction, Patria was a real estate investor in new construction, rehab and renovation projects in North Florida. And prior to that, she held various leadership roles with Fannie Mae, J.P. Morgan Chase, Aetna Life, and National Association of Realtors, with responsibilities including oversight of origination business processes and technology and commercial financial policy.

This background drives her passion for meeting affordable housing needs and optimizing delivery of services to the industry. She is an ideal and sophisticated partner in scaling to meet industry needs, managing interactions with regulators, and managing staff, contractors and sub-contractors.

With more than 30 years of experience as a State of Florida CRC Contractor, Dan has overseen the construction of countless new builds, remodels, and repair work with companies including Centex Homes, Lester Walters Construction, and Freddie Mac.

Prior to his role as a Project Manager, Steven spent a decade in the beer industry as a business owner and head brewer.

His experience includes process refinement, QA/QC, brand development, building a sales and distribution program, and day to day management of plant operations. Steven’s history with process and workflow refinement allowed for a natural transition into a project manager role in the construction industry.
